Great site, but wanted to tell you for Washington State, that most of the free CLEs listed are out of date. Recordings more than 5 years old won't get anyone credit, even if pre-approved, so I watched a free CLE for nothing (LexVids are all older than this). However, there are lots of current, preapproved online sessions from the National Judicial College. WSBA members just do an MCLE activity search on the WSBA site for "National Judicial College" and they can pull up many online/ pre-recorded sessions from the past five years, including the one you listed from them, that are already pre-approved for credit.
Thanks for the head's-up, I'll research this tomorrow. Five years goes by so fast!!
