Fitness First!

This morning Scott and Vanessa took 2 boxes and about eight bags (cloth shopping bags of which I have way too many) of my decluttering to the Rummage sale. I offered to go over hand help set up but they said they had plenty of help. Yay! decluttering a related to fitness and donating to the rummage sale is related to family.
BodyPump at the Y had a sub (Alena); I took my time learning the moves and paying great attention to knee alignment as the PT recommended. I ddn't take pictures really.

The morning walk we went up to the dog park and saw this shin hawk watching us

I also Take Ginny to Urban Animal for rabies shot (3 year), she also got feline leukemia shot (2 year). I decided to skip the Time Bank monthly potluck because I am really getting into decluttering, especially stuff for the Saturday Highland Park PTA Rummage Sale.

 They were stopped for the light, so we chatted. They're off to Alki to sell plants to visitors.
