Here's something from one of my more active web projects:

End-Of-Year Ethics Roundup!
If you need to earn a few more ethics credits before the end of they year, try satisfying that need through free online programs!
Most of these events are approved for credit in a number of jurisdictions; if YOUR jurisdiction is not listed, contact your state bar to see if you can apply for credit anyway. It may be as simple as filling out a form, which represents an immense cost savings to you!
Recorded Ethics Credit
Recorded programs have the practical advantage that you can view them anytime you want, and re-view them as needed. Frankly, sometimes ethics matters are difficult and can benefit from a review:
- 2011 Updates: Practicing Law with Your Head in the Clouds and Your Mind on Ethics. The Alaska Bar Association's annual ethics update is three hours covering current topics, and seems well worth seeking credit in any jurisdiction. Offered by Alaska Bar Association. Known Credit Approvals: AK.
- Effect of Corporate IT Policies on Otherwise Privileged Communications. Personal use of corporate IT resources has become commonplace and, in some instances, essential for busy employees, but may affect any privilege from attaching to personal communications. Offered by Trial.com. Known Credit Approvals: AK AZ CA CO FL GA HI IL KY LA MO ND NJNY TX UT.
- Ethical Issues involving the Lawyer/Client Relationship. This series of recordings is offered by FreeCLE.com. The website is VERY bare-bones and doesn't list the titles to its materials, only their dates. Offered by FreeCLE.com. Known Credit Approvals: WA.
- Ethics Bundle. This bundle of online courses features three programs focusing on legal ethics. Offered by Lexvid.
- Intellectual Property Risk Management. Intellectual property attorneys and professionals will benefit from the discussion on issues relating to acceptable and ethical conduct in patent and trademark prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Offered by Practicing Law Institute. Known Credit Approvals: NY, WA.
- Privilege and In-House Counsel. Increased licensing requirements specifically addressing in-house counsel are causing the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine to come under review. Offered by Trial.com. Known Credit Approvals: AK AZ CA CO FL GA HI IL KY LA MO ND NJ NY TX UT.
- Professional Conduct under Treasury Circular 230. Offered by lawline.com. Known Credit Approvals: AK, AZ, CA, CPE, GA, HI, IL, ND, NJ, NY, WA.
This is the only online ethics seminar I've discovered between now and the end of the year, but it looks great! If I find any more, I'll be sure to catalog them:
