It's time to make some Homeberry Crisp!
These berries are not especially tasty on their own, but baked in a crisp - perhaps mixed with apples - they'd a great snack or dessert, and I assume there's some nutritional value.
I have turned to making crisps instead of pie because I am rarely satisfied with the crust. It's either soggy or overdone! Crisp toppings are more forgiving. I try to always have some either fresh or in the freezer!
