Even, or I should say, especially as we approach our late 60s.
I started the Y's "BodyPump" program last December, and am seeing great results. I don't need to be a bodybuilder, but I do need to build my body. I live here, after all!
I am grateful to the class coach Stephanie for leadership and encouragement, and for everyone else in the class for creating such a supportive environment!
