Self-Improvement By Lifting

Lighter weights, many reps.
We need bone density, muscle mass, and the joy of achievement.
Hitting the sauna afterwards is also good.

We have to get past the false dignity of worrying about a hairline, manly boobs, and making rude noises.
I will improve my form; that's a goal, not a criticism.
