Heather In Winter

On my walk today I saw this. The flowers are tiny but there's a lot of them on this low bush.
After I posted this on FB, friends asked what it was, some suggested heather.
I downloaded an app which agreed it was heather. It's really interesting to see how our concept of "knowing" is evolving.
