Bug Nest At Brother's House

My brother's looking into buying what we call the Cherry Orchard House, which Kris and I had rented a couple of years ago. We liked the house, but it was just too small for us; it should be perfect for Dan & Ji.
However, the inspector reported a wasp nest in the attic. A guy from Don't Bug Me came to take care of it.
On the one hand, since it was an old nest, it was pretty harmless, with no active bugs.
On the other hand, it was HUGE: bigger than a basketball. I was perfectly happy to let the professional handle it.
