I am grateful that the mediation program worked; we ended up with an agreement.
I spent the last few days talking and acting as if I was assuming that this would work,and it did. Now I have my home secure, and will focus on doing what is necessary to have the mortgage refinanced by the end of 2017.
All it really took was an acknowledgement of each party's interests and an impartial intermediary shuttling back and forth!
