Today I worked on refinancing - something I had not planned to do since I refi'd earlier this year, but rates are so low that it's tempted. I paid a little to lock in 2.75% but then connected with another broker who could go even lower - at a lesser fee - so I'm going to have to chalk up the fee to procedure.
It's an exciting time both politically and personally!
