Reduce your stress by reframing your thoughts to a more positive perspective
One of the best ways to reduce stress is to change your negative thinking about things. Here are some reframing examples:
  • Instead of “My workload is crushing me,” say “I’m really helping a lot of people right now.”
  • Remind yourself that the difficult lawyer you’re negotiating with is just having a bad day and how he is treating you is not about you, but about him.
  • Instead of “they never do this right,” think “they didn’t do this right, but it’s not the end of the world.”
What will help you remind yourself to reframe your negative, stressful thoughts?
